What: The 2012 Visa Championships, USA Gymnastics' national championships, features men's and women's gymnastics, with gymnasts in both the junior and senior divisions. Performances at the Visa Championships will determine which gymnasts advance to the 2012 U.S. Olympic Team Trials, June 28-July 1 in San Jose, Calif. This is just the second time the Visa Championships have been held in St. Louis; the last time was in 2000. The St. Louis Sports Commission is the host organization for the four-day competition.

At stake: The 2012 Visa Championships, USA Gymnastics' national championships, features the country's best gymnasts vying for national titles and spots on the U.S. National Team in men's and women's gymnastics, as well as berths to the 2012 U.S. Olympic Team Trials at the HP Pavilion in San Jose.

Television: NBC and Universal Sports will televise, as well as webcast, action from the men's and women's competitions. The broadcast schedule will be made available at a later date.

History: The Visa Championships traces its history back to 1897 for the men and 1931 for the women.

Venue info: Chaifetz Arena at Saint Louis University. Chaifetz Arena (TheChaifetzArena.com) is a 10,600-seat multipurpose venue on the campus of Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri.
